It’s a lovely boutique hotel, the room has a gorgeous view and a spacious shower, there’s a garden with pool, and the food is delicious! Professional and welcoming staff, too

Très bon emplacement, établissement très propre. Pascal le propriétaire de l hôtel est très accueillant et nous a bien conseillé pour organiser une excursion
Seul bémol si l’on cherche du repos , mauvaise insonorisation , on entend toute la soirée à la piscine le week end , même fenêtres fermées , ainsi que tous les allées et venues dans le hall ( chambre au rdc proche de l escalier de Servjce à éviter )

Pretty good location and value for the money. Walking distance to many excellent restaurants. Amazing and friendly staff, always cheerful and ready to help.
Really good sized room with comfy bed. Very nice grounds and public areas. Just plane cozy. Very secure and professional.
Only real negative was the water pressure, or lack thereof, in the shower. At one point there was not water at all :(

A lovely modern hotel with excellent facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly and in particular the staff at breakfast. Breakfast was of good quality and staff were helpful with storing my bicycle for a week without question. It was a great welcome from staff and the hotel is very clean.
Despite previous reviews mentioning it the room was hot and there was no fan. Most upsetting was on two of the four nights of my stay staff walked into my room without knocking at 2130. I found this unacceptable and shocking for the staff members as well as my wife and I. Finally there was no soap in our bathroom and we had to ask on no less than three occasions for some soap to be provided. Some minor changes in attention to detail and this hotel will easily be one of the best in Kigali
