no pillowcase on the pillow (I had to use a towel), no toiletries of any kind (no toilet paper, no soap), loud people in the building at night (knocking on doors ar 3:30 am).

It’s very close to everything, nice staff, rooms were clean.
Took us a few days to figure out how to turn off the lights !

The room was spacious, nice view of trees, bed was comfortable and I slept well, sound proof windows two good pillows. The location is exceptional
The bathroom is like a plastic caravan toilet, there was a sign saying what should be in the room and from that sign I noticed there was no toilet roll, soap or body wash. I put in two maintenance requests as per the sign which were ignored and email told me soap and body wash was not included. The shower was ice cold and soaked the place (very old shower head). Desk chair was broken. I didn’t see one staff member the time I was there and found toilet paper in the public toilet. I booked for 3 nights and left after 2 because I needed a shower. But it was extremely cheap and I slept well, by email they’re very responsive.
