The pyramids views were absolutely incredible — such a breathtaking sight! The place was comfortable and a lovely location overall
Could have been cleaner, but when we asked staff to clean, they did come. Some staff took quite a while to assist, though others were very good. Customer service could definitely be improved a little bit.

The place is located in a good spot, around 30 min walk from pyramids. The views are stunning. The staff is lovely and helpful, breakfast was good and freshly made. Rooms were tidy and comfortable.
Constant water pressure issue (on a daily basis), mostly no water at all, whilst other rooms had no problems with water. There was a toilet malfunction with dirty water spilling all over the bathroom - we were relocated after around 2 hours of sitting in a smelly room but I do appreciate the manager who was extremely apologetic about the situation. Bathrooms were not clean.
