The entire landscape, warmth of staff, food, activities.
Maybe our bed. It was making quirky sounds.

The setup was delightful. The staff were very courteous and well-trained. The food was amazing - geat work by the kitchen staff.
Since we had a room right by the pool, there was the issue of constant noise (human and music) through the day.

For saying, it’s a private villa.
Reality, Private villa does not have privacy as neighbors can stalk landscape without any barrier. Paying a premium more than any hotel in india but it is not at value of stay, Scanner/QRcode does not work, IT team didn’t bother to visit and rectify the issue despite many false promises made by reception.
No transition of call connection to restaurant for any inroom service.
Bathtub area does not provide basic engineering floor trap, room gets flooded.
There are a lot of things which can be expressed however major concerns are highlighted to publish.
