Location to Jalatlaco, cleanliness of room, good hot water and shower. Comfortable bed. Good kitchen with clean equipment, crockery and cutlery. Very reliable arrival of a taxi we ordered for an early morning flight out.
Staff unavailable between 8pm and 8am on site meant lack of security. Staff spoke no English unfortunately. Softer main lighting.

Great location in a very characterful area of Oaxaca
Dark, harsh lighting which made the place feel quite dingy. Rooftop terrace had no chairs . Room was not serviced at all during our 5 night stay and we had to ask for clean towels
