Very central, you can walk to all most all popular places and restaurant in melbourne cbd. However Mel CBD is not really a nice place to have relaxing stay, but for tourists its okay.
A bit old, but not a big deal since its spacious and central

The location could not have been better for me. It was so central and felt really safe. Having a kitchen available to avoid eating out all the time was great. The laundry facilities (the washer is also a dryer, which was a bonus) were also great.
The bathroom grout could use a scrub and it would be nice to have an accessible power point in the bedroom, though there were plenty in other areas.

Instructions on how to get the keys were clear and easy, the option of a second location for drop-off (earlier) was perfect.
The location was great, and the size of the apartment was bigger than you would get in a hotel room.
Having a kitchen, and a washer dryer was also very useful.

Fantastic location central to China Town, South Wharf, CBD, Victoria Markets and MCG. Very comfortable large king bed. Liked the kitchen and washing machine facilities.
Sofa was uncomfortable.
