The Property is very clean and well maintained. The location is close to many good cafes and restaurants. It is very convenient, when you take a little walk, there is a beautiful park and a LRT station nearby.
The host of this place is extremely hospitable, he responds really fast. And is very accommodating. Toilets and Bathroom were very clean even though it was shared.
As it is a shared property with others renting the other rooms in the same house, it could get noisy depending on the other tenants. Out of the 8 nights I was there, only 1 night was a little rowdy. The rest of the 7 nights was amazing. It was quiet, rest of tenants were quiet.
