Having to collect and drop off the keys elsewhere was a bit of pain.
There was an annoying lack of basics such as kitchen roll, dish towels, toilet paper and dish washer tablets. This seemed to be penny-pinching.
Like most rental apartments there were too many pots, pans, crockery etc which have built up over the years - this needs de-cluttering.
The wine glasses were extremely thin and fragile and we broke 2 of them while drying them - they were not fit for purpose.
There were 3 of us but were only supplied with one set of keys which made entry and exit difficult. This meant we had a lack of freedom of movement, especially as 3 doors all need to be locked for security.
On the plus side it was a lovely spacious building in the centre of town. The beds and shower were very good.
