Architecture, smart layout, all necessary appliances, privacy, location ( proximity to beach and restaurants). The host, Aristomenis, is a very nice, competent and helpful person: he promptly answered all our questions and offered advice about restaurants and shops around.

Love the tower entrance and 60/70’s additions. Walking distance to beach & restaurants, secure off street parking . Two balconies with seating area and fruit trees. A quiet location which is what we were looking with easy access to parking and entrance. Can watch Netflix and Primetime if you have an account or enjoy a quiet read. Loads of bed lining, towels including beach towels.
No air con in bedrooms but a great fan. Gaining entrance at night, make sure you have a torch or use your phone light, there are outside lights if you want to use. Hand shower on bathroom tap great for washing hair whilst you bath.Garden over grown with a loose tile. Well equipped kitchen no dishwasher.
