Sangat sangat bersih. Rumah wangi & tak berhabuk, toilet tak ada kulat. Paling penting bantal & cadar tak berbau kepam/bekas orang pakai. Homestay paling bersih pernah duduk. Bilik ada 3,semua aircond. Toilet satu duduk, satu cangkung. Rumah pun luas betul, porch kereta pun luas. Muat sangat untuk kereta besar atau panjang.
