1. Our first day was the worst. We got downgraded room because the room we booked was unavailable due to clogged bathroom. 2. The room is right in front of a school. Too noisy that you don’t need an alarm to get up. 3. The gate of the property close early. If you plan to be out of the property, be back before midnight because the security guard will lock you out. When they open the gate for you, they wont open the gate full (we had to crawl under to get passed) 4. Payment issue. My payment methods in booking.com system was using credit card. But the property didn’t deduct it and request for cash payment. Very inconvenience to pay cash as we prefer to pay things online. We had to search for ATM Machine. Also, The staff were too pushy with the payment.

Very bad

The building is quite unpleasant, nothing to do with what's shown on the picture, and access is only possible through the basement garage, which is inappropriate. Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper, and the hand soap dispenser was filled with water. The windows are extremely small, have metal bars, and face a wall — it feels like staying in a room without proper windows. At night, the building closes its metal shutters, which is not communicated in advance. If you arrive late, you may not know how to enter. The person managing the property is basically invisible — you never see them, and they may or may not reply to messages, despite multiple attempts. I spent several days asking how to make the payment but received no response. I eventually found out through the security guard that I had to pay him. The night before leaving, when I arrived at the room ready to rest, I came to the security guard to pay de bill, and it turned out that they only accept cash, which was not communicated either. So I had to go out late at night searching for an ATM, in an area that is not particularly nice and with no nearby cash machines. Finally, do not expect an invoice — they do not provide one. Overall, very poor communication, lack of transparency, and an uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this place.

Nothing.

In the booking, it was indicated a sofa bed, which was not true, but we needed it. Te place was smaller as promised. It was dirty, with toothpaste stains on the sink. Overall, it was dirty. I just left the place and looked for another.
