Parfait

J’ai adoré le lieu ! Très sympa. Je suis étudiante et je n’ai pas encore d’appartement. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Très bien placé, bien insonorisé, aucun bruit ne m’a déranger. C’est très calme. La décoration est magnifique ! Et une salle de bain incroyable ! Merci encore.

Déçu par cette prestation alors que les autres fois, c'était plutôt satisfaisant.

Bon emplacement par rapport à mon activité.

Problème d'infiltration d'eau le deuxième jour juste au dessus du lit. Grosse flaque graisseuse sous le tapis dans le coin cuisine qui entraînait des trainées grasses dans tout l'appartement avant que je me rende compte que c'était parce que j'avais marché sur ce tapis imbibé de graisse. J'ai signalé ces deux problèmes ; je contact a été agréable et quelqu'un s'est déplacé pour constater l'infiltration mais on ne m'a proposé aucune solution sinon de décaler le lit pour éviter qu'il soit sous l'infiltration ; ce que j'avais déjà fait.

Leider an einer Straße mit viel Verkehr gelegen. Das Treppenhaus soll man vorsichtig betreten, da alt und die Stufen zum Teil eng.
