Beautiful, clean and serene villa 222. Transport to the main hotel is efficient-communication with the staff is seemless via WhatsApp.
Sometimes smallest things don’t work eg: lights in one room; geyser in another. Other than that all was well. Convenience stores can be a bit far.

The villa was amazing absolutely beautiful and well equipped.
The food in the Maritim resort was terrible. We are pretty sure we got bad tummies from it. The buffet was so bad all food being stale and tasteless

The villa is nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. Upon arrival there was a basket full of snacks and the refrigerator was stocked with milk and eggs and juice which we appreciated.
The pool was not heated and the concierge is not very responsive. There needs to be better communication between staff and guests as we didn’t get a message to tell us the number of our villa.
The pool doesn’t have 100% privacy as per muslim requirements.

Self catering
Housekeeping was a bit erratic, they need a team leader to check on their house keepers, some days they forgot to leave bath.hand & face towels or they just left one, there were 4 adults staying at the villa, they also forgot beach towels on one of the days, didn't replenish the sugar and never once lifted the cushions of the main lounge couch to vacuum it
They did however rectify the towels situation by over supplying, which was fine at least we had them.
