Nice view and environment from the swimming pool! The room was very clean & tidy.
Everything was sooo good except for the elevator and the lobby. The wait time was so long & very packed.

Great location!! I was offered a very good spot by the staff. The room I got was on the 30th floor and had a wonderful city view where you can see the twin towers on sight! The room is very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool and gym facility are located at the floor above also facing the gorgeous views of KL. I was very impressed for it's location as you are still in the heart of the city. The staff were very helpful and kind.
There was a issue with my lock ended up breaking, so I needed to ask for assistence and ended up staying back at my hotel room until it's fixed. The staff did everything they can to help despite how busy they were. Ended up replacing the lock and it's back and working again. Another concern was that the wifi connection is very poor. My room had a tv that provides streaming services, but couldn't run them because of the poor connection.

Presaue pas d'ustensiles dispo malgrénos relances. Pour laisser nos bagages avant d'aller à l'aéroport on nous a demandé de payer.
