Very central location, nice big room with a modern shower and comfortable bed, friendly hosts, lovely rooftop terrace. Excellent value for the money. Would absolutely stay again!
This might be common in the Medina, but I had to walk quite a ways with my suitcase because my car service couldn't get close to my stay. I wish I would've known that in advance, because the cobblestone definitely messed up the wheels of my suitcase a bit! Also, the hosts were very gracious and friendly, but a bit hard to get a hold of, and someone isn't always on property to assist with things directly when needed. This wasn't a big deal for my stay, though, and didn't take away from the experience, just unexpected.

The property was beautiful, small but quaint. It’s a Riad in the old Medina so it requires you to go through narrow, semi-dark alleys to get there. I don’t request checking in here at night or early morning.
The property lacked toiletries like soap but that’s normal for Morocco as a whole. Breakfast starts at 8, so don’t book an excursion earlier, so you can eat. The stairs are very narrow so make sure to pack light if you stay here. But the road was wonderful and so was the staff!

Overall, I had a good stay. The host was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. However, during 2 out of my 4 nights, other guests were quite noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Because of the traditional riad architecture, the room doors are wooden gates rather than fully insulated European doors, which offer very little sound insulation. The room itself was also quite small, but manageable. A decent place if you don't mind a bit of noise.

The property is clean and maintained well
1. it is a real struggle to find the location of the hotel, the location provided in the map or the door number is WRONG. i had to walk around with my luggage, go round and round to find the location. DISAPPOINTING
2. the size of the bathroom was too small, couldn't even close the glass door. we managed ok, but could have been little more spacious

"Communicative Host, the Jacuzzi and the view on top was amazing especially at night with the lights.
The place was as described and cleanly maintained.
Would definitely recommend a stay here."
