Comfortable, modern suite with themed decor. Fun place to stay, nicely appointed

Loved the themed decor. I had the 'Gentleman's Suite' which was decorated with a knotty pine theme and included a glass topped coffee table made from a wine barrel. Bathroom was large with a modern shower, kitchen was well appointed

Spacious, clean, really fun place to stay - fully recommended!

Super cool place to stay! Very recently opened/renovated - themed rooms - absolutely loved my ‘DDR-Ostlagie’ spacious room bedroom/living totally decked out in DDR era furniture and memorabilia, including Comrade Hönecker watching from the walls, and a cabinet of DDR memorabilia, right down to the crockery. Super responsive, very friendly hosts were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very, very clean, and quiet - modern high end (very non-DDR, thankfully) bathroom fixtures.

The one and only thing lacking in this apartment was the lack of internet access - as clearly stated in the property listing - this was not a big deal for me - and in a lovely peaceful, quiet neighbourhood, it is nearer the outskirts of the town centre - however, with not much over 1km walk to the stunning old town - and a supermarket - I think 400m or so away, really not much to complain about.
