Het appartement is heel rustig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn goed er zijn fijne badkamers en een prima leefruimte (kamer/keuken) en mooi terras. Er is in de nabije omgeving is niets, er is één goed restaurant in Cervagno. Wij vonden dat prima maar het is belangrijk om te weten dat je echt niet zonder auto kunt. Er zijn wel twee prima supermarkten op een korte rij afstand als ook Montepulciano is goed te doen met de auto. Wij hebben mooie toertochten gemaakt in de omgeving.
Het wordt allemaal goed aangegeven maar toch is het aanrijden en de parkeerplaats vinden wel wat lastig. Als je eenmaal weet hoe het deursysteem werkt is het prima te doen, maar het is even uitvinden. Helaas was de airco kapot maar de beheerder zorgde direct voor ventilatoren, deed zijn best om het goed te maken. Voor ons waren de ligstoelen heel ongemakkelijk, we konden er niet goed uit opstaan.

The location is remote but still close to Montepulciano, which is the main draw. The apartment is clean and spacious. The terrace provides nice panoramic views of the Tuscany countryside.
Beware if you have heavy luggages, the incline from the car park leading to the apartment is on gravel. The place advertises 2 separate bathrooms but only 1 shower works during our stay. Remember to bring your own shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent, kitchen paper towel, trash bag, extra toilet paper, extra dishwashing tablets; simple necessities not provided. Only cash accepted for tourism tax.
