Do not stay here .. rip off

It was on the 2nd floor with a lift. We could always get a parking space outside.

There is no real kitchen equipment ... two mugs no kettle. The balcony door does not lock and the screen is broken hang loosely, unattached to the outside, dangerous. The towels and bedding nothing like the pictures ... old, worn out and not fit for purpose. The tv remote controls no batteries and looked broken. On entry the big glass table sat right in front of the sofa completely blocking the living space The dining chairs all straddled and stacked were ripped to shreds with foam stuffing hanging out. This was NEVER worth €260. Do not stay here.

Mucho calor, no hay ventiladores. Muchisimos mosquitos. Hay un museo de mosquitos muertos en las paredes. La television dificil de encender. La vitroceramica muy complicada los botones no funcionan bien. En la habitación de dos camas y en la cocina no hay cortinas por lo que te despiertas las 6 de la mañana cuando el vecino se va a trabajar. Faltaba cantidad de elementos basicos como jabon para la ducha, papel de baño, servilletas…

Decepción absoluta y asombro por la mala reacción del anfitrion

Proximidad a la playa.

Había una plaga de mosquitos -que nos picaron sin parar - y ningún enchufe anti insectos en toda la casa. Tampoco lo advirtieron en la recogida de llaves. Las paredes llenas de restos de sangre e insectos aplastados por otros clientes, pero lo peor fue ver , una cucaracha voladora en la cocina. Óxido en escurridor de platos, estropajo raído con restos orgánicos. Cubiertos insuficientes, fundas de sofá muy viejas y olor raro y las habitaciones con ruidos de tuberías nocturnos . El piso, amplio .. (lo único positivo) está en el último barrio pegado al puerto de Motril, con ambiente multicultural, lo que no es ningún problema pero si lo es, su estado insalubre, hay residuos y basura sin recoger en la calle con muy mal olor, prácticamente hedor (nada recomendable para familias y menos si van con niños) . Dudo que el apartamento pasara una inspección sanitaria como alojamiento turístico pero también por su localización. . El barrio no tiene vida y menos aún ambiente de playa ( solo dos tristes bares) . Comunicacion con los anfitriones casi inexistente. Lo siento pero no volvería ni gratis. Siento no haber leído en su día las reseñas negativas con más atención. Las positivas no las entiendo, francamente.

Falta de limpieza y mantenimiento brutal

Estaba cerquita de la playa. El piso era amplio.

Mucha, mucha,mucha falta de limpieza. Todas las paredes tenían mosquitos estampados con sangre. Los sofás olían horrible a humedad. Prácticamente no había menaje. Encontré pelos negros el primer día en los azulejos del baño, dentro de la ducha. La cocina estaba sucísima en general. El horno inutilizable de porquería y la nevera la tuvimos que limpiar antes de meter la compra. El soporte de la ducha totalmente suelto, por lo tanto, te tenías que duchar con la alcachofa en la mano. La tapa de la taza del water totalmente fuera de su sitio.En el portal siempre nos encontrábamos cucarachas y tenía un olor putrefacto, al igual que en esa misma calle. En la casa aparecieron otras dos cucarachas. Los vecinos súper ruidosos. No hemos podido dormir en condiciones ni un sólo día. Nosotros, por suerte, nos habíamos llevado nuestras propias sábanas y toallas de ducha para los cuatro. Así que sus sábanas las usamos para poner encima de las fundas de su sofá, que debían de llevar sin lavarse también un tiempito. El barrio no es lo más idóneo ni para vivir,ni para pasar unas vacaciones. ¿ Qué si repetiría? No.Ni si quiera yendo gratis.

La buena relación calidad-precio, cerca de la playa y muy espacioso.

Comunicación muy limitada con la agencia y tener que ir a 6km a por la llave. Tener solo una taza de desayuno y 3 vasos cuando la reserva es clara para 4 personas.
