This delightful accommodation was a tranquil haven to return to and wake up in. The hosts went out of their way to look after us including lifts to town and the local Lidl
Our only complaint was the location of the microwave on a high shelf. No use to any short and dangerous lifting hot food out of it - risk of burning from hot food. Needs relocating to a safer position.
Apart from that the facilities were excellent.
The location became a challenge. We thought 2 km from centre was walkable - 30 minutes but unfortunately the direct route was along a busy autostrada so unsafe. There is another detour route through countryside but takes 90 minutes.
We highly recommend this property but you’d need a car to get to the centre and lake. Buses infrequent and unreliable.
That being said our host was very attentive to the challenges of getting to town and went above and beyond to offer lifts. Even overcoming language barriers through translating on a phone.
Would highly recommend this property as a tranquil escape but be mindful of transport
