The property was absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about it. The concierge staff and welcoming crew were wonderful. We had an ocean front suite and the best part of our vacation was sitting on our balcony in the mornings and evenings. Perfect place for a sunset too. The Terrace on 10 was fantastic with great servers. I LOVE the Shore Club and the bar above it. Love Sunset Grill. Love the pool and the palapa’s. It’s very clean and fun and the activities are great. Another great point is the location - it can’t be beat - we walked everywhere. Beds were comfortable too.

Wonderful property. The Westerly is new so the room was exceptional with a large balcony. I stayed in a room with an ocean view which I would recommend. It is also very nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. We had a car and parking was very easy. And loved the birds - really a treat to see them.
I really enjoyed my stay but it was marred by the hotel charging me a daily resort fee (about $700 total) which was not disclosed until I checked in. (I reviewed all emails and info on site and there was no mention of resort fee). I booked through booking.com because they promise total cost with no extra charges. So I paid ahead of time a total cost but at check in told they would be charging extra. I have a case into Booking.com so hoping this gets resolved. Double check before booking that the resort fee is included in your quoted total cost!
