De kamers waren erg prettig, het was schoon en comfortabel.

Las camas son muy cómodas, algo que nos costó encontrar en Vietnam. El desayuno buffet estaba genial, con mucha variedad. Nos encantó este lugar.
Esta algo alejado del centro histórico, nosotros teníamos moto y no fue un problema para nosotros.

The person I was in constant contact with via WhatsApp (I imagine she was the owner) was always very helpful throughout my stay. The receptionists also do their best to welcome guests and give them a warm welcome, despite not speaking English or speaking it poorly.
The room in which we stayed was very humid and, due to the humidity, it did not appear to be in good condition. The walls were peeling, there were often pieces of plaster on the floor, and the smell at the entrance was rather pungent and unpleasant. When I pointed out the problem, the cleaning staff sprayed some deodorant, but this was evidently insufficient. The daily cleaning was also inadequate; I often found my hair on the floor, which makes me think they didn't use a vacuum cleaner.
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, but it is also rather dirty (there are trash everywhere on the streets) and far from the center. We had to rent bikes for the entire duration of our stay because the hotel's bikes were old and in poor condition.
If you think there is a swimming pool, this is not true; the photos are misleading. The hotel only has a prefabricated pool with a depth of one meter.
