Staff behaviour was very good, they were cooperative and helpful.

The staff was good, and offers free transport by electric auto to Temple. They also let us check in earlier.
They can also make tea, provide hot water to drink. Our driver spent night at their office with extra cost.
The location is just adjacent to seavage, and whole road was 'kaccha rasta', not suitable to walk or drive. There were better locations in Khatu ji.
The toilet was not cleaned, we insisted to get it cleaned. Bed sheet had marks, so clearly not cleaned.
We booked Delux Family room, they gave one towel and 2 medimix tiny soaps. AC has no remote so didn't work.
