Environment relaxing
The Person allocated to meet my needs.... Did not follow the procedure I booked for beach access day before and agreed on time but when I got to the office I was turned back from the office told someone must accompany me I called the person that was allocated for me....told me stories I was so a unhappy....that was unprofessional I was told the cleaner that was supposed to take me to the beach is refusing I waited outside the office for more than n hour....She called me to say I go back to my place there's nothing she can do .she's not on duty.. ....so unprofessional....I was totally not happy about Her....I came back without going to the beach...but I booked a day before ๐๐

The delays at the security gate was abit irritable but we appreciate the tight security just think it should be more smooth or more security guards to assist
