The position was beautiful. The apartment was very clean and spacious. All directions were very clear and help was available when we needed instructions- had an iron and iron board which was very handy. Tastefully decorated.
Three of us in the group were in our 60s and reasonably fit, but the 92 steps leading up to the apartment with suitcases really took it out of us. If you are fit and strong no need to worry about this. However if you have mobility issues you may need to rethink this apartment.

The location was perfect! The apartment was spacious and well maintained. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Francesco went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly.

It was a lovely property close to Modena’s center. It was fully air conditioned which was necessary on the 37 degree days we had. It had space for everyone and was comfortable.
It was up four flights of stairs which in the heat was immense, and with my 80 year old mother, was a little much. The dining room table was broken, as reported in the previous stay. This hadn’t been fixed and one of the guests injured herself when leaning on it. There were no cups for coffee and the kitchen utensils were limited.
