Each room had a bathroom, which was convenient with 6 people under one roof. There were nice outdoor and indoor lounge areas. The decor and set up of the villa was modern, which was our preferred style. The sunlight stayed on the pool area for most of the day, which was pleasant as we could use the pool for the majority of the day. The beach was not even a 5 minute walk away, which was so lovely to have access too and most of the time quite quiet. A little rocky in some places, but gorgeous !! The host also left a few essentials which was nice, as the closest supermarket was a 10 minute drive.

There were limited Kitchen utensils. Which meant having to improvise using other things. So a wider range of Basic cooking utensils would be good. Less so about the property, but this time of year there are fire ants, which bite and sting. This just made the experience a bit uncomfortable because they could be found around and inside the pool. Not a lot but enough to notice them. Again this isn't a huge deal but the aircon remote stopped working, and there were no spare batteries anywhere. Luckily the remotes were all interchangeable so could be used in all rooms, but when you want to turn off the AC in the middle of the night. Sharing a remote wasn't convenient. With it being a villa, where you cook for yourself and maintain a clean environment we expected there to be the basic cleaning/surface sprays. However we had to improvise by using a dishwashing liquid to clean the surfaces. The stove was electric, which means if there are any spills it's hard to clean even with a dishwashing solution. So I think basic cleaning products really need to be added to the villa. Not entirely sure why but there were only 3 loungers for a 6 person stay. We saw that all the villas around us had 6-8 loungers. We made the most of the 3 and just rotated with who used it when. But again it's inconvenient when you just want to relax. The photos showing the outside of the villa were a little misleading. The front of the villa had low walls, which the photos show. But it doesn't show you what's on the other side, with it being a private villa. We assumed the neighbours weren't so close. However they were a metre or 2 away. We could see directly into their front yard/pool and vice versa, which wasn't appropriate for us nor what we expected. We raised this with our host, who initially didn't see our point of view, but after explaining they were able to find a temporary solution for us for the time we stayed there.

Sehr schöne Villa, ruhig, gut ausgestattet , drei Schlafzimmer mit drei Bädern

Ein kleines Manko- bitte mehr Geschirr- Pfannen nicht gut, wenig Teller, der Backofen hatte kein Grillrost und keine Möglichkeit den Müll wegzuschmeißen.

Sehr schönes haus groß super Ausstattung, super lage!

Das pool gehört eindeutig erneuert!

The location, the private gate, the pool was good temperature and the outdoor grill came in handy.

No pool light, kitchen appliances where not so great - plastic bowls had to be used for salad and you can get not so lucky with the neighbours.
