Location was great 10-15 min walk into centre
Quiet street
Bottle of bubbles and chocolate

Staircase was very steep
3 bedroom in the attic again very step staircase
Needed a bit of TLC on carpets and bathroom

The beds were really comfy even the duvets and pillows were super soft and cosy. Particularly enjoyed the coffee pods, free bottle of prosecco, chocolates and crisps on arrival fabulous touch! It was very very clean, easy to find and ample parking spots. We used the home for york races which was 10 minutes in an uver then walked into york the following day which took just 20 minutes! Shampoo conditioner and body wash all included aswell as towels, a washing machine and a hairdryer!
Only negative would potentially be the attic window if you had small children it opens straight out, just feel like it's worth mentioning if you do have children ensure there's an adult with them if using the attic bedroom or put them in the rooms on the middle floor :) this did not affect our stay in the slightest though just thought it's worth mentioning.

A couple of ok pubs within 5 minutes walk. Garage at the end of the road which was handy to pick up any essentials from the shop attached.
Says caters for 6 with 3 double beds. Our room was hardly a double and the bed only just fitted in the room. The carpets on the stairs were dirty. The stairs were extremely steep and dangerous. Ground floor bathroom only.
