It's a nice apartment with everything you need to stay for short/medium-term stays.
The staff responds fair quickly.
There is 24/7 grocery store next to the building! 🤩
A couple of nuances you need to be aware of:
It was hard to get in at first time: you need to download the Keyless App on your phone and register there in advance. Then the property manager sends you the key 🔑 (fortunately, the security in the building was very helpful and he led us to figure that out).
Also, you will need to fill in a form and pay a deposit (but it looks like this is a common thing in Dubai).
To use the parking in the building you need an access card, which hasn't been provided, so we parked on the street next to the building (free).
Take into account, that there is quite noise during the day because of the construction in the area.
