Checking in with the Kiosk was interesting. I had not done that before. The towels were good and the shower worked well.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a free airport shuttle. Using a taxi and then an Uber made the trip much more expensive. I was disappointed that the room did not have Kleenex or something similar. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. For visitors who are staying 2 days or more should have towel rails in the bathroom so that the towels could be used for more than one day. We were disappointed in the dinner we had in the dining room. The soup was extremely spicy and the hamburger was over cooked. We had to leave very early in the morning, so we did not experience the breakfast.

Lovely hotel, nice clean room we were there only 8 hours from 21.00 to 05.00 as we had a connecting flight.
The staff were excellent.
Arrived just before 21.00 went down for a drink in the bar as we had been travelling a few hours and it was closed, not happy.

Staff in F&B , cleaning room lady does not came to clean my room and during the C/I I have requeasted but nobody did nothing
