Muitos pontos negativos

Ao chegar ao quarto, constatei que a roupa de cama apresentava mancha de sangue, evidenciando falta de higiene e de cuidados básicos com a limpeza. A situação foi extremamente desagradável e incompatível com o padrão mínimo esperado para uma acomodação anunciada na plataforma, pior ainda devido ao descaso da proprietária do local que além de tratar com descaso sequer forneceu outro lençol lindo e praticamente falou que se estivesse incomodado fosse para outro local. Considerando o constrangimento e os transtornos causados, solicito a análise do ocorrido e uma solução adequada, incluindo o reembolso parcial ou integral da reserva, conforme o caso, segue foto que comprova.

Limpeza:, roupa de cama com manchas, falta de suporte para acomodwr toalhas no bamhwiro e sabonete no box. Papel Higiênico pela metade sem item.de reposição, saco de lixo menor do que o cesto, fogão elétrico aparentemente desgastado/corrosão ou falta.de limpeza

It was horrible. Bad communication, the room wasn't cleaned properly, the fridge was broken, water on the floor, parking garage was open. The furniture was falling apart. It was disorganized and strange. I see this place has a good rating on booking - THESE ARE FAKE REVIEWS. Do yourself a favor, and find something else. Seriously. This was unsafe and risky. Foi horrível. Péssima comunicação, o quarto não foi limpo adequadamente, a geladeira estava quebrada, havia água no chão e a garagem estava aberta. Os móveis estavam caindo aos pedaços. Era desorganizado e estranho. Vejo que este lugar tem uma boa avaliação no Booking.com - ESSAS SÃO AVALIAÇÕES FALSAS. Faça um favor a si mesmo e procure outro lugar. Sério. Este lugar era inseguro e arriscado.

A localização é muito boa, exatamente como descrito: perto de supermercados, praia e também próximo de uma barraca de acarajé e abará, para quem gosta ou quer experimentar. Achamos o local bem seguro para caminhada a beira-mar. O apartamento/stúdio é bem pequeno, mas para nós (eu e minha esposa) foi muito funcional e é bem novo. Não tivemos nenhum problema no check-in nem no check-out.

Não temos comentários, foi tudo muito bom durante a estadia.
