La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene el Piso.
Es un piso antiguo, pero con baños reformados. La tarima está muy bien. Este piso hace 30 o 40 años, seguramente sería de los mejores que había en todo Gijón.
Habitaciones amplias.
Tienen que pensar en cambiar las ventanas, al ser tan céntrico, hace muchísimo ruido el trasiego de coches de la calle. Al ser verano y con tanto calor, teníamos que tener las ventanas abiertas y era imposible estar con tanto ruido. Pero si tenías cerradas las ventanas, hacía bastante ruido y muchísimo calor.
Tienen que darle una vuelta al tema del aire acondicionado, es entendible que hace años era impensable esto en Gijón, pero ahora mismo hace también calor, al menos poner en las habitaciones y el salón, ventiladores de techo, cuestan muy poco, pero dan un servicio excelente.

Very comfortable apartment with decent sized rooms and kitchen. Some minor issues were swiftly fixed by the customer support team.
Traffic noise and location. We significantly underestimated the intensity of the traffic in the center of Gijon and the negative impact on the living experience in this appartement.
