Kiváló, központi elhelyezkedés. Remek nyílászárok, melyek tökéletesen kizárják az utca zaját. Rengeteg kávézó, étterem, közért és pékség a közelben.

Good location, lovely apartment with cooking facilities and TV
Unfortunately there is no parking on site but I knew that in advance and used Bethlen parking which costs 2000 HUF for the day (cash)

The apartment is positioned right in the center of Debrecen, a big plus, there is a nice and clean building with an elevator. The facilities were more than enough, everything was clean, beds were comfortable and we had a good sleep. The living room sofa is big and comfy for watching TV. Also the shower is amazing with good water temperature and pressure, I had a relaxing shower, it was great. The AC is a big plus on hot summer days. Regarding the parking situation, you can find a paid parking spot around the building.
The toilet positioning was a bit narrow, especially for a big guy, but it ok for a limited period of time.
