Honestly, this was an extremely terrible stay. It was not only completely not worth the price, but also raised serious concerns about the basic management of this property.
First, despite charging a cleaning fee, guests are still required to take out their own trash, or risk being charged an additional unclear cleaning fee. This is not just unreasonable, but also highly unprofessional, and shows a clear mismatch between what is charged and what is provided.
Second, the parking issue was only disclosed after the deposit was paid. Because the previous guest lost the parking card, I was forced to use paid parking. Even if reimbursement is possible, it does not justify the inconvenience caused. Delaying such critical information raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty.
Third, the cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. There were leftover amoxicillin pills from a previous guest in the drawer, and even worse, underwear and socks were found in the wardrobe. This is not just poor cleaning it reflects serious negligence in management. It completely destroys any trust in the hygiene of the unit, including whether the bedsheets were properly changed.
Furthermore, the host’s attitude was equally disappointing. Important information was only provided after payment, key collection instructions were unclear, and when issues were raised, responses were slow or selectively ignored. The overall level of service was extremely poor.
Lastly, the so-called “solution” was completely inadequate. Arranging cleaning only after I had already checked in, or offering just a one-hour late checkout, did nothing to resolve the actual problems and instead caused further inconvenience.
Overall, this was not just an unpleasant stay, but a clear example of poor management, lack of transparency, and substandard service. Strongly not recommended.
