Booked for two nights but left after the first.

management communicated politely to my complaints and apologized for the inconvenience

Unfortunately, this was a very stressful stay for our family. Parking was important when I booked, but before arrival I learned the property's parking was already reserved by another guest. The alternatives provided were public parking approximately a 20-minute walk away or a grocery-store car park only designated for its customers. We were not customers, so I did not consider that a legal or appropriate option. Had the actual parking situation been clear when booking, I would have chosen another property. On arrival, we then spent over an hour outside because we could not access the property using the instructions provided. Inside, I found a pillow with a very noticeable reddish-brown, blood-like stain. I cannot say what the substance was. I reported it but i found it extremely unpleasant that a visibly stained pillow had been provided for guest use. We paid for two nights but the overall experience resulted in us leaving after the first. Management later apologized and confirmed the parking and check-in issues had been reported to the owner for improvement. I also raised a formal complaint with Booking.com and received compensation following their review. I would not stay here again. If travelling by car, especially with children and luggage, I strongly recommend confirming that the property's private parking is actually available for your dates before booking.

Cheap, but let down by a remote location, poor parking, and disruptive noise.

Affordable for the area. That was the main draw.

The location is inconvenient: far from the station and well outside central Fukuoka. Noise was a serious problem. The room next door was loud late into the night, to the point where I considered calling the police. Parking was also difficult to access.

Hesitant to recommend it to anyone

The place itself is new and can accommodate a big group and easy enough to locate. After it was properly cleaned, the facilities were pleasant to use.

It was incredibly unfortunate that we came into a room that had not been cleaned or prepared. Previous guests’ garbage and used towels were left in the room and beds were not made. To top it off, when we contacted the call center support for help, the woman was unapologetic, rude, and inconsiderate.

I will definitely book here again next time I come back very modern nice place.

I liked that it was clean it was not a bad location. It does have parking but only for one car.

You have to park further away since there is no parking nearby was the only thing but it was a good place to stay it clean and comfortable.
