Middle level has kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with queen bed, full bath. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with king bed, one with queen bed, and shared full bathroom.
Parking: Maximum 4 Cars

Tierra Del Mar is a small community of homes 3 miles north of Pacific City on Sandlake Road. Tierra Del Mar is on the Three Cape Scenic Route, off of Hwy 101. The low bank tranquil beach has views from Haystack Rock to Cape Lookout. This is a favorite place for locals and visitors alike.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Good Afternoon,I wanted to thank you for sharing this beautiful home as a vacation destination. We would love to come back again next year at the same time! I have a few things I would like to be bring to your attention to hopefully help make this home even better.1. Microwave only half the buttons work so very limited function to this appliance.2. Dishwasher is poor shape. The bottom rack falls out every time you try to pull it out. 3. Kitchen hand tools about half of them actually work and be thrown away. 4. The kitchen is small but functional with exception that is not a lot of counter space and all the shelves are stacked redundant items that could be consolidated or removed to provide extra space for when guests bring food. 5. Theater room really sets this house above and beyond most others but the lights really bad and impossible to control. 6. The back deck table and chairs are in poor shape and hard to use.

Wifi was solid which was important because we had to do some work while here. No cell signal though which didn’t affect us much.The furnishings were comfortable if maybe a bit dated but nothing to complain about. The property itself is incredible with probably the easiest beach access that I’ve ever had when staying on the coast.The rental company was amazing - cery friendly and accommodating. Super helpful in adding an extra day on short notice.We will be on the lookout to stay here again in the future!

The hot tub was perfect. Sleeping was perfect. View was amazing. Get rid of the dusty dirty fake plants, especially in the kitchen eating area. We had a lovely stay. Lack of cell service and wifi was frustrating but we made the best of it.
