Facing due south with no overlooking neighbours, it boasts exceptional panoramic views over the sea, the Old Port, the Estérel hills and Le Suquet. Set on a beautiful and peaceful pedestrian square, the apartment is right next to Rue d’Antibes and Rue Meynadier, and just a 2-minute walk from everything Cannes has to offer: La Croisette, beaches, restaurants, casinos and the Palais des Festivals.

Located on the 4th and top floor and facing due south, Cannes Provencal Paradise is an exceptionally bright duplex apartment. Despite its central location, it is remarkably quiet thanks to highly efficient sound insulation. Three large picture windows beautifully frame the spectacular views over the Old Port, the Mediterranean Sea, the Palais des Festivals, the Estérel hills and Le Suquet.

A fireplace enhances the apartment’s elegant and cosy interior. Designed in the spirit of a “Provençal Winter Garden”, the kitchen is one of the centrepieces of the apartment. Created as a welcoming and convivial space, it opens generously onto the dining and living areas through a large counter finished with traditional Salernes tiles. Inspired by authentic Provençal mas houses, it is designed for sharing memorable moments with family and friends. With its bespoke fittings, carefully considered decoration and generous proportions, the kitchen is a genuine living space in its own right.

Cannes Provencal Paradise offers a spacious 20 m² bedroom, with a fully fitted dressing room and a private sanitary area featuring a double vanity, WC and bidet. The bedroom is equipped with electrically adjustable relaxation beds.

Upstairs, charming and particularly cosy attic rooms feature nearly 200-year-old exposed beams. Please note that, due to the authentic attic configuration, ceiling height is limited in some areas. This level offers three beds and a beautiful shower room entirely finished with traditional Salernes tiles, as well as a private WC and bidet.

The apartment features one fully equipped shower room with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. It also offers a second private sanitary area with a double vanity, WC and bidet.

As the owner and your host, I will be delighted to welcome you, together with the help of my son, to our little 3-star-rated Cannes paradise.

You will be staying in one of the oldest bourgeois residences in Cannes, giving the property its authentic Provençal character and truly exceptional location. This Provençal spirit can also be found throughout the apartment, in its high-end finishes and elegant yet wonderfully cosy decoration. The charm continues upstairs beneath the beautiful exposed beams, which are almost two centuries old.

Despite its high standard of comfort and amenities, this charming little Provençal residence, comprising only three apartments, does not have a lift.

Furthermore, Cannes Provencal Paradise is not a holiday club or party venue, but a genuine residential home. It is a place to live, relax and enjoy Cannes, and we sincerely hope you will feel completely at home here.

A warm, friendly and convivial atmosphere is very much encouraged, but excessive drinking, disruptive parties and inappropriate behaviour are not compatible with the spirit of the property.

If you are looking for an ultra-modern, minimalist and impersonal designer loft of the kind found in many fashionable destinations, where the main purpose is to party without limits until the early hours, Cannes Provencal Paradise may simply not be the right choice for you.
