Convenient to everything. A beautiful neighborhood with mature trees, sidewalks, and many parks and trails nearby. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Tell us what you need ahead of time and we'll make sure all your accommodation needs are met! Locally owned so there's never a problem with communication and any issues that come up can be dealt with promptly. An always-on generator ensures that even with loss of electricity, your stay will continue uninterrupted. We have a selection of teas and Nespresso coffees, snacks and beverages waiting for you. Pet friendly! - we know how important your four- legged companions are. A fenced in back yard ensures their safety for potty and play times. We could not have asked for a better spot for our family to stay for our daughter’s graduation from UVA Law School! It’s a beautiful home, very clean, and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, and extra special touches by the wonderful, warm, and responsive hosts. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Charlottesville area!!

This lovely, well appointed, comfortable home is close to downtown and UVA. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, we really enjoyed our stay! Maria was very responsive, and communication was excellent. Next time we are in C’ville, we will definitely seek an opportunity to stay at this property again!

From the moment you walk into the property you feel like your home, all that was missing was the smell of home baked cookies just out of the oven.There are so many thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and Pelligrino on the dining table, ice cream in the freezer, the list goes on...oh and a lovely welcome note.Great space if you are traveling with a four legged friend, lovely neighbourhood to walk through.Maria, is super quick to respond and just lovely to engage with.Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
