FOURTH-FLOOR OCEAN VIEWS
The living and dining rooms are open to each other and both look out over the Atlantic. You're a short walk from the water, with the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island right next door for an evening out.
TWO COMMUNITY POOLS
Two oceanfront community pools serve the building, connected to the beach — lounge in the sun, then head down to the water whenever the mood strikes. The pools are unheated and shared with the rest of the association.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with stool seating alongside the counter, plus a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker for real cooking. It opens onto a dedicated dining area with its own table.
COMFORT AND EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS
Central air conditioning and heating keep the condo comfortable year-round, an in-unit dryer means less to pack, and WiFi keeps everyone connected throughout the stay.

Fernandina Beach's historic downtown, with its shops and restaurants, is a short drive away, and the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island sits right next to the community for a special dinner without leaving the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was decorated nicely, spacious, and comfortable. The living room furniture was comfortable, and the balcony was spacious with seating for four at the table and also lounge chair. There were plenty of towels, extra paper towels, and a small kit with dish and laundry detergent. The pool is easy to access. The beach is a moderate walk with opportunities to spot tortoises, bunnies and birds in the dunes. But be aware that navigating the bridge steps followed by small sandy hills might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Also, beach chair service is not available, we brought our own. The area itself is peaceful, with a short drive to nearby stores, shops, dining, etc. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, I did notice that the toilet area in the master bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, which led me to deduct one star (luckily, I travel with cleaning wipes). That said, the rest of the unit was spotless. Also, hand soap was lacking, not even a bar provided, so bring your own. Parking was easy, and there were no issues with the elevators. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit and would gladly return for another stay.

Everything was great. The condo is actually bigger than the pictures show. They even texted me after a few hours to make sure there were not any issues.
