This updated unit is located on the south end of Amelia Island. This villa is a two-bedroom and two-bath hideaway close to everything but very private. You will love the open floor plan that makes this the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. You'll also have a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. While all amenities remain accessible, guests may notice some routine construction noise or activity during the day.

Loved this property. Well-appointed and in a great location for everything. Right across from the beach which was busy but never overcrowded. Restaurants on the resort are wonderful and grocery/convenience stores nearby. Romm for all of us and VERY clean.

Thank you for our wonderful stay! The location was absolutely beautiful. We loved having the beach access so close by. Everything was a short drive away. My son loved your suggestion about the shark tooth, he was able to find one during our trip.

Confusion between verbo Amelia island realty and vacasa initially no record of my three payments ?creating a lot of stress for me . I was told I had to prove I had paid ? Mold musty smell had to empty dehumidifier every four hours because I am allergic to mold please respond my comments thank you
