The condo looks out over the Atlantic, with scenic boardwalks leading directly from the community's two oceanfront pools to the soft sand of Amelia Island. You're a short walk from the water in either direction, with the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island right next door for an evening out.

TWO COMMUNITY POOLS

Two oceanfront community pools serve the building, connected by boardwalks straight to the beach — lounge on the chaise chairs, catch the sun, and head down to the water whenever the mood strikes. The pools are unheated and shared with the rest of the association.

COMFORTABLE LIVING SPACE

Inside, the living area is set up for real relaxation, with multiple TVs throughout the condo and high-speed internet for streaming. An elevator serves the building, so getting to this second-floor unit with luggage or beach gear is never a hassle.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking — refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker to start the morning, plus the cookware, dishes, and utensils to put a real meal together.
