The property is nice and close to downtown town Greenville. Although there are other units in the building, we hardly noticed anybody else. We will stay here again for another trip.

The buildings front door was unsecured. It was unlocked at all times, although the door to the unit did have its own key. The window near the back door was missing a sash. and although the storm window was in place, we considered it a security risk. The air conditioning was ineffective and in keeping the unit cool. The toilet in the bathroom rocked on its base. The unit was clean and centrally located.
