Clean, cozy, and very cute beach decor. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was clean and had ample room for toiletries. It was nice that beach towels, boogie boards and toys were provided, although we did not need them,
We had trouble with the code on the door. It would say the deadbolt was sticking. Not sure if that was a problem on our part or the owner’s.

We were happy to be able to come for Sandfest and our accommodation was quiet and had everything we needed.
My husband and I had a bit of a hard time carrying our luggage up 2 flights of stairs (me- bad hip and knees; him- has cancer and a stoma), but we made due. We also found the mattress to be like an ocean wave🤪 One last thing, the directions to our place did not say anything about Mustang Island beach club and our GPS took us 4 miles north of there. We tried calling our host (Denise) but she didn't answer so we called the main number and got a fellow in Egypt named Josef- he was incredibly great and hunted down directions for us even though it was 2 a.m. where he was and he stayed on the phone with us until we made it!!😃 We were happy to find our place before it got dark out. Denise finally called us 2 hours later- oh well.

The location was nice on a quiet street.
We stayed at this condo for several days and were disappointed with our experience. The internet and TV were not working during part of our stay, and we also had ongoing maintenance issues and pest problems in the unit. These issues required repeated attention and took away from our vacation time.
While the location is good, the overall condition and upkeep of the property did not meet expectations. We hope management addresses these issues for future guests.
