Lovely property & very home from home with everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is a lovely space to dine & socialise in with a great outlook on to the garden. We spent most of our time in here. The bedrooms are all comfortable & spacious with the added nice touch of the mini toiletries too. The property is in a great location with parking that easily accommodates two cars & a bus stop across the road for easy access to enjoy the city which is also recommended to avoid the city congestion charges. The property is only within the Mon to Fri peak timing charges but arriving outside those few hours can also be avoided. The host was great with comms prior & post our arrival, plus also quick to respond to any questions too. Would highly recommend this property to enjoy the lovely city of Oxford.

Very spacious and great location

Host Siddiq was very friendly and helpful. Seems to have taken on board the comments I made directly to him. Hopefully he will be back soon to address the issues so that other people do mot have the same experience. Enough space for 4 couples. Hot shower. Cleaner friendly Host offered to allow us to check out later. Towels, washing up liquid, hand wash, single tea towel and 2 dishwasher tablets provided. ( needs dishcloth and more toilet rolls) Bathroom downstairs 3 double bedrooms and bathroom on 1st floor

Cleaner still there 1 hour after we were due to arrive, so we were waiting outside. Not ideal. Freezer completely frozen. See image. Could not be used. Cleaner advised she is waiting for family to turn power off, so it can be defrosted. Dishwasher heavily mouldy, including the baskets, which meant we had to try and clean it before we used it. After spending 20 minutes cleaning the filter alone, I put the Dishwasher on a hot wash, but this didn't make a difference, the mould remained. So we were washing by hand. The back patio door was broken. The hinge has snapped, so there was a cupboard bolt put in place to secure it, but it didn't feel secure and was difficult to open because of the broken hinge. The fridge didn't seem to get cold and lacked the original shelves and baskets, so was difficult to use. Beds were made up with a single pillow per person. I found some flat pillows in a wardrobe and pillowcase in another wardrobe so made that up in the dark... only to find it was not laundered and had makeup on it.. the following day. Bedsides lacked lights, 2 beds pushed against walls, which makes it difficult for older people and those with mobility issues. Stairs from ground to 1st floor very steep with narrow treads. Floors are somewhat uneven (most noticeable going from 1st to second floor) We could see that the large cobweb beside the hob hood had been vacant for a while, but wondered why it hadn't been cleaned, same with dead flies on window sills. The (empty) kitchen bin was foul. So smelly that I wanted to heave. I had to have the whole bin put outside for the duration of our stay. Dirty pan with cigarette buts and a broken spray mop 'dumped' out the back door in the hedge along with broken furniture down the end of the garden.- curious that the host didn't remove.
