Very clean, peaceful and cozy
Only the water cuts from the city, but at least they have water reserves that made me not even realise.

The place is close to the Campus Square shopping centre. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the service we received from Rose. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Her excellent customer service made our stay much more enjoyable.
Upon arrival, the geysers for the other 2 booked rooms were not working which was not fair because I booked weeks prior to arrival, so we had to use one shower for a day and two showers for the next day and I had booked for 3 rooms that had toilets and showers. The rooms didn’t have side tables and the plugs were very far from the bed which made it difficult to put our small accessories(watches and glasses) and charge our phones. The rooms are very cold and the one blanket provided is not enough. One important improvement would be to install a handrail on the stairs leading to Room 6, as they currently pose a safety hazard, especially when carrying luggage or using the stairs at night.

The property is excellent, especially the room that was allocated to me. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The caretaker welcomed us warmly with a smile and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay until the day we left. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I truly appreciated the hospitality.
I would appreciate it if the check-in process could be more formal in the future. As a guest, I should be able to acknowledge my arrival, and the caretaker should verify that I am indeed the person who made the booking before granting access. Simply calling out my name is not an adequate verification process and does not provide a sense of security or professionalism. A more structured check-in procedure would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

What I liked the most was the caretaker, what an amazing woman Rose is, very kind and helpful. My room didn't have hot water so she made a plan for me to shower in the other showers outside of rooms. I also liked that I could cook instead of buying takeout all the time.
My floors were old and cracked, and my room smelled moldy, my first night was unpleasant because of this, I could feel my chest tightening up because of the smell.
