All the facilities, very clean. Air conditioned room and lounge but we used only the lounge aircon in the night and kept the bedroom door open, otherwise it's too cold to sleep, we only had the very thin top flat sheet provided as blanket.
Two set of towel provided for me and my husband.
There is microwave, kettle, cooker hub, oven, fridge freezer, TV, strong WiFi.
Very quiet and cozy place. 25 minutes to Nicosia.
The accommodation only provided 3 spoons and fork, 1 pot. We are rice eater, and therefore no pot to cook for meat and fish with sauce.
Need to rephrase the instruction to get into the property. " parking door code access to Flat 205, please provide picture", front door access needs location picture as well. We arrived to the property approx 1:45am, we get in nearly 4am, when a Cypriot occupying Flat 105 showed us the access to go to flat 205.

The flat itself was great and in a hood location for us
The was no help or response from the owner of the flat when we could not access the main door of the block as the key pad had broken.
This was at 12.30am with no way of getting in.
The was plenty of Instructions and photos of how to get into the main entrance but nothing of the door from the parking slot which we did not use on arrival as was unsure at first which block was ours and it being very late just wanted to get into the flat
Not once did the owner ring us back to make sure all was ok
Just text again the next day with photo of the parking door to gain access.
