The location was super peaceful with the only real sound being the cattle. It's set in beautiful countryside but was surprisingly easy to get to with Oldcastle being just a 7 minute drive away.
The accommodation was clean and well decorated with a really cosy feel and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
Orla, our hostess, was lovely and couldn't be more helpful. And a really nice touch was supplying blankets and a food bowl for our two little doggies to use if we hadn't brought our own. It's a very dog friendly place. It was just a shame we didn't get to stay longer on this trip. But we will be back the next time our family are over from England.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation, especially if you are taking dogs along.
