Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich augescheinlich um eine typische hauptsächlich für die Vermietung genutzte Wohnung. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Ein Parkhaus liegt in der Nähe. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Der Vermieter war höflich, schnell und gut zu erreichen. Vor der Haustür gibt es ein schönes Restaurant.
Eine Zufahrt bis zur Wohnung ist nicht möglich. Es gibt keine Parkplätze vor der Wohnung. Das Foto im Internet ist offenar veraltet. Ein Be- und Entladen des Gepäcks ist daher komplizierter als nötig. Die Duscharmatur hakt. Durch die zentrale Lage ist die Wohnung abends und nachts wirklich laut. Die Wohnung wird im Sommer leider sehr warm. Die Gegend ist aus unserer Sicht insbesondere nachts nicht uneingeschränkt und für jeden zu empfehlen.

Muy buena ubicación en el centro de Mulhouse y con parking cercano. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado y surtido (aceite, café, especias, champú y gel, etc). Cama y sofá cómodos y todo limpio. El dueño estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros

Bel emplacement, en plein cœur du centre ville mais calme sur une petite place agréable. L’appartement est idéal pour visiter Mulhouse à pieds, très propre, bien équipé, avec une décoration apaisante après une journée de balade.
