It’s closeness to downtown area and how clean it was
In the welcoming message they forgot to add the room number and the passcode was wrong, I arrived at night and had problems reaching the staff, another guest was helping me to figure out what to do… eventually they responded and help me out. There is no drinkable water in the facility. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, it was sinking in the middle, the last day I was packing and checking under the bed to make sure I wasn’t forgetting anything and realized the bed was broken. So overall it was ok, I had a great time, I just think a little bit more communication with the staff and maybe a bottle of water in the room could take the experience to a higher level
