Close to Earls Court tube station. Close to where my seminar venue was held.
Bit small. No towels on arrival.

The location was perfect for travellers with luggage - a flat, 5 minute walk from the underground. We really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage early & sit in the comfortable lounge area after a long, tiring journey. Thank you, Alan! Our room was clean & comfortable, and the lift made for access easy. We had an issue with entry codes and this was addressed immediately. Highly recommended!

Location is just superb, it’s on a lovely quiet residential road very close to Earl’s Court station. We found the room quite spacious, and the King bed very comfortable. The air conditioner is a lifesaver during the heat of summer. Great to have a Nespresso machine, though as we were staying one week they could have given us more coffee capsules at the start. Nevertheless when I requested more, the staff brought them. They respond pretty quickly to any queries or issues (by WhatsApp).
Our shower screen did not keep water from leaking out into the bathroom resulting in a wet bathroom floor. Our lower ground room looked out onto an inner courtyard facing other windows which meant we had to keep the curtains closed much of the time.
