Great location and cleanliness, but reception staff were unfriendly and the WiFi was poor.

Nice hotel with modern facilities

Nice and clean hotel, with all facilities. Space still congested but with good kitchen, bathroom and small dining space.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the 2‑bedroom apartment I had originally booked was not available. They told me my reservation had been transferred to another hotel located 10–15 km away, where I would supposedly receive a double bedroom with a hall and kitchen. However, when I reached the second hotel, the person in charge stated that this booking is not in this hotel and refused to provide the room. After contacting the first hotel again, I was finally given accommodation, but it was not what I had booked. Instead of a 2‑bedroom apartment with a hall, I was given two separate rooms with no hall.
