Apartament był bardzo przestronny, nowoczesny, czysty i świetnie wyposażony. Doceniliśmy spokojną okolicę, klimatyzację oraz dostęp do basenu, który był świetnym miejscem na relaks po zwiedzaniu. Kontakt z gospodarzem był doskonały – bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Do plaży spacer zajmował około 20 minut, co pozwalało po drodze odkrywać uroki Nicei.
Nie mamy zastrzeżeń.

Fijne ruime locatie, wel veel geluid van het verkeer. Wanneer de rolluiken dicht waren hoorde je dat niet meer.
Mooi en ruim appartement en op een fijn afgesloten complex. Dat voelde veilig.
Goede uitvalsbasis als je Nice en de omgeving wilt verkennen en niet in de drukte van het centrum wilt zitten. Communicatie met de host verliep erg prettig.
Uitzicht vanaf het terras was minder. Je zit vlak langs de weg en hebt geen vrij uitzicht en hoort het verkeer op de drukke weg. Was voor ons geen probleem omdat we veel op pad waren.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. There is a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, which was perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, making it easy to prepare meals. Even during the hot weather, the apartment stayed pleasantly cool, so we didn't need to use air conditioning.
Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The responses were always quick, friendly, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
The only minor downside is that the apartment is a bit farther from the beach and the Promenade. The walk back is uphill, as the apartment is located on a hill. However, we enjoy walking, so this wasn't an issue for us at all.
If you have a car, the location is even more convenient, especially since the apartment includes a garage. We didn't have a car, so we took an Uber to the airport, which cost around €20.

The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including cooking essentials, a coffee machine, an iron, a washing machine and a dishwasher. It was also a nice touch to have a few coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets and a laundry capsule provided upon arrival.
The check-in and check-out process was extremely inconvenient and poorly organised. We were four women arriving at around 9 PM with luggage and were instructed to collect the keys from a random supermarket about a 20-minute walk uphill from the apartment. When we arrived, the keys were not there. We had to wait around 40 minutes on a dark and uncomfortable street at night for someone to bring them to us. The owner ordered us uber to the apartment and gave us wine as an apology which was a nice touch. On check-out, we were again required to carry all our luggage to the same supermarket to return the keys, simply because it was more convenient for the owner.
The situation with the towels was also unacceptable. Two of us were left without towels. Eventually, a male member of the cleaning team entered our apartment the next day while all four of us were there and took out wrinkled, mismatched towels from a storage box and threw them on bed. When we asked for the same set of one large and one small towel that had been provided to the other guests, he became rude and told us that our “attitude” was a problem. He then argued with the owner over the phone in a raised voice in our apartment. We were later criticised by the owner as well for our “attitude” despite the fact that the situation had been caused by their own poor organisation.
The cleanliness was also disappointing. There was a used dishwashing sponge left in the kitchen sink, which we obviously did not feel comfortable using and had to buy a new one ourselves. The bedding provided inside the sofa bed in the living room was extremely wrinkled and crumpled and clearly had not been freshly prepared or ironed. We had no way of knowing whether it had actually been freshly cleaned or whether someone had slept in it before, which was quite unpleasant.
